Backup Failure

During backup config file I received an error that /conf/6.und could not be backed up and operation failed.

It seems that you have an old file which was not deleted properly (removing a node). Please do the following:

  1. Telnet to ISY and type: RF /CONF/6.und
  2. When successful, type FN (makes sure nothing is referencing this file)
  3. Retry your backup
