In the Change Password section, it would help to include guidance on what is allowed for UserID and password. Something like (I'm not 100% sure if these are correct):

  • The UserID and password are limited to 10 characters maximum.
  • The UserID and password have a minimum of 3 characters.
  • These characters are not allowed: < > / ; &
